The Technology Innovation & Integration Manager is responsible for leveraging technology to support and transform current and future initiatives that will drive better business outcomes, resulting in increased efficiencies within our restaurants. This role supports the development of high-quality solutions that will integrate existing systems while considering future technology innovations to support business needs.Your Impact & Responsibilities:Understands the purpose, scope, objectives, and success metrics of projects and can measure the operational success and impact of the projectsCollaborates with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process innovation and provides innovative technical solutions to improve the business outcomesOwns projects from inception through implementation and beyond, ensuring the successful delivery of new systems capabilities by working with process owners to evaluate needs and requirements, and by designing and developing technical solutionsChampions solutions through change management, including communication, training, and project adoptionUtilizes technical acumen and a process improvement mentality to develop innovative solutionsMaintains an operations excellence mindset by staying current with the company’s processes, policies, procedures, and initiativesQualifications
Must be willing to travel 50% to Restaurants throughout the United States5+ years’ experience in food service, project management, engineering/IT related rolesBachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent experienceAbility to perform quantitative analysis using mathematics and statistical methods to support decisions and proposals, ensuring solutions and processes have been optimizedCapable of analyzing and evaluating systems, determining how they function and assessing how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes, including identifying necessary improvements or corrections to meet the goals of the systemStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions that can be effectively implementedAbility to exercise judgment and decision making by considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate pathDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyDemonstrates a desire to tinker with solutions to continuously improve and seek the best outcomePossess ability to be a self-starter, highly organized, with impeccable time management skillsAbility to handle highly confidential information while maintaining strict confidentialityProficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ITIL
