We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage, and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way.Roles and Responsibilities:Plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.Reviews contract to determine documentation required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.Implement and maintain processes and procedure for configuration identification, control, status accounting, and auditing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish configuration baselines and manage changes throughout the product lifecycle.Review and analyze configuration change requests to assess impacts on product configurations schedules and budgets.Develop and maintain configuration management plans, documentation, and reports in compliance with contractual obligations.Conduct configuration audits and reviews to verify compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards.Provide guidance and support to project teams on configuration management best practices and EIA-649 requirements.Oversee the management and compliance of SDRL/CDRL data requirements in accordance with contract requirements and industry standards.Coordinate with project teams to gather, review, and validate SDRL and CDRL deliverables.Monitor project progress to ensure timely submission of SDRL and CDRL item compliance with contractual obligations.Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and discrepancies related to SDRL and CDRL submissions.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience; Master's Degree with 4 years experience; Associate's Degree with 8 years of experience

10 years of experience in lieu of degree.Strong understanding of configuration management principles, processes, and toolsFamiliarity with EIA-649Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and personal abilities, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of engineering drawing practicesAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Proven experience in configuration and SDRL/CDRL managementFamiliarity with manufacturing processesSalary Range:
$76,600 - $115,000Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce. U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
