Capgemini is looking for Senior Software Engineers – Java/Springboot for a fulltime/ hybrid role in Philadelphia, PAKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and optimize algorithms and data structures to improve application performance.Implement and understand logging, metrics and tracing for application monitoring and optimization.Conduct root cause analysis of production errors to identify and resolve issues.REQUIRED SKILLS:
8+ years of experience in Java J2eeStrong in Java 8 and related frameworks (Spring, spring boot, microservices, hibernate).Solid knowledge of database (Oracle or Postgres).Good in writing scripts in Python or Java and in writing and optimizing SQL queries.Required production support experience. Knowledge about Kibana or any other logging framework.Design and implementation of REST APIs.Understanding of CI/CD best practices and how to create and troubleshoot build pipelines.Familiarity with AWS EKS and/or Kubernetes is a plus.Experience with integration architecture concepts and patterns, including Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, Batch Integration, RESTful JSON services, Pub/Sub, etc., including Event Driven Architecture.Experience integrating with Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, SDK of packaged applications and legacy applications.LIFE AT CAPGEMINI:
