- This individual will be responsible for working with the Secondary Structures leadership team to ensure that all deadlines are met.Fabrication
- This individual will support OTW as well as Tube Shop and will be responsible for the completion of all tubes through the OTW shopfloor.Integration
- This individual will be responsible for tracking delivery of all subassemblies in accordance to the integration schedule.Responsibilities:Oversee, monitor, and facilitate the movement of components throughout the manufacturing process to ensure timely progression through our Vast locations.Coordinate the physical transfer of components across various stages including purchasing, receiving inspection, inventory, and relevant work centers.Coordinate outside processing of components and liaise with purchasing team to ensure timely delivery.Support logistics operations by optimizing workflow staging as necessary.Maintain accuracy and integrity of system data in collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to align with demands and schedules.Generate and maintain reports highlighting requirements, milestones, and limitations for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with schedulers, and managers to fulfill action requirements.Communicate effectively and escalate issues promptly across various platforms and to specific stakeholders.Escalate issues such as part shortages, purchase order delays, and discrepancies in BOM to relevant departments.Collaborate with engineers and the planning team on the release of runs.Follow schedules through effective planning and shortage management coordination.Minimum Qualifications:2+ years in a manufacturing environment.Preferred Skills & Experience:2+ years of experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)2+ years of Smartsheet.Highly detail oriented and self starter.Additional Requirements:Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends to support critical mission milestones.Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted.Salary Range: California$18 - $35 USDCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSBase salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand.
