Roles and Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve user desktop issues (hardware/software/access/security/business applications)Escalate issues to Tier 3 as neededBuild, maintain, and deploy end-user system images on devicesManage all work in the service desk ticketing systemProvide remote support for US & International officesPerform all work according to the defined process while keeping pace with fast business growthAssist in developing and documenting improvements to current processesConduct one-on-one and small group training to end users on supported technologiesAssist in the ordering, receiving, storage, deployment, and retirement of PC assetsWork with third-party vendors to augment the functions of Internal ITTravel periodically to company locationsQualifications:Great interpersonal & customer service skills, and a good team player2+ years of related IT Support experienceOne or more PC Imaging tools such as Ghost, Acronis, SCCM, LANDesk, KACE, etc.Good analytical problem-solving skills to isolate and resolve problemsExperience working from a help desk management systemAble to lift and palletize heavy equipment (PCs, monitors, and printers)Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and in teams reaching high levels of productivityComfortable switching quickly between tasksDemonstrates strong work ethicAbility to adjust to unforeseen challenges and think independently to continue toward goal resolutionDue to ITAR regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent ResidentOther Special Skills:Office 365 experienceEEO:MACOM is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse workforce.
