This position will also serve as a team resource for other technical activities of the Campus Technology Operations team.Essential Job Functions / ResponsibilitiesOversee administration and support of Colleague ERP/SIS systems.Administer Colleague Self-service.Administer Ellucian Experience (if implemented).Create and maintain Colleague user accounts, security, and access.Maintain open communication with Ellucian Cloud Services.Maintain open communication with Colleague users.Provide systems analysis and problem-solving support to provide efficient and effective use of enterprise application systems.Provide consistent and current communication and reports to management.Facilitate technical sessions with Ellucian professional services.Coordinate system updates and environment clones.Advocate use of the Ellucian Customer Center.Develop, maintain, and document best practices.Produce appropriate documentation and provide regular training for back-up personnel.Perform other related duties as assigned and specific to area of responsibility.Skills / RequirementsBuild trust and relational capital within the institution, prioritize user experience, and provide a positive customer experience.Communicate with all constituents in a professional manner, often conveying technical information in non-technical language.Work independently, function in a proactive fashion, and meet deadlines.Ability to manage multiple, ongoing projects, and coordinate with functional teams.Proactively learn, ingest technical documentation and integrate that knowledge into a practical understanding of the institution’s systems.Engage in continuous learning and adoption of new concepts, technologies, and problem-solving techniques.Qualifications / EducationBachelor's degree in related field preferred.Two years related job experience preferred.Successful completion of background check, MVR, and credit check may be required.SupervisionReports to the Associate Vice President for Operations, Security, and Development.Decision-Making ResponsibilitiesLimited. Within the scope of work assigned by the Associate Vice President for Operations, Security and Development.Exposure to Confidential InformationYesPhysical RequirementsPhysically able to sit for long periods of time.Able to operate at a computer workstation for long durations.Regularly required to talk and hear.Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.Must be able to perform occasional overhead reaching, bending, stooping, twisting.
