Join NVR Technology and be part of a collaborative team that welcomes innovation, encourages continuous learning, and helps you achieve your career goals.SummaryAs a System Engineer, you will work on transformative cloud and on-prem solutions in collaboration with your system engineering and cross-functional team members to improve the quality of service for NVR’s technical infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our systems. You will collaborate closely with other System Engineers on M365, Unified Endpoint Management, Identity and Access Management, Azure Infrastructure, and Azure AVD, as well as development, operations, and security teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance system deployments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and improvement.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage, configure, and maintain Azure, M365, UEM, and IAM capabilities.Design complex systems or components that adhere to Enterprise Architecture standards, performance, and security requirements.Mentor System Engineers within the team and across skill sets.Work with business leads to develop sound technical designs.Conduct system-level analysis and testing, define system requirements, and collaborate with other engineering, administration, and support teams.Ensure the security, availability, and performance of system resources.Collaborate with team members to configure and deploy solutions both on-prem and in the cloud.Investigate and resolve issues related to systems, escalated from the Help Desk, or that arise during the system design and development process.Stay current with Azure technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.Develop and maintain system documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a System Engineer or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of Cloud Services Models and Platforms (Serverless, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).Proven track record of successfully completing system engineering activities for multiple projects and mentoring team members.Experience with Identity and Access Management and M365.Microsoft and Azure certifications are preferred.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Life at NVRAs the parent company of
