Position Overview:
The Dealership Internet Sales Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the dealership’s online sales operations. This role involves overseeing the dealership’s digital presence, responding to online inquiries, and converting online leads into sales opportunities. The Internet Sales Manager collaborates closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless and effective online sales process.
Responsibilities:
Respond to online customer inquiries and leads promptly and professionally.
Manage and track all online leads through the dealership’s CRM system.
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
Implement SEO strategies to enhance the dealership’s online visibility.
Provide exceptional customer service through digital channels, including email, chat, and social media.
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to nurture leads and drive sales.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
Work with the sales team to schedule appointments and test drives for online leads.
Ensure a smooth transition from online engagement to in-store visits.
Track and report on the performance of online sales initiatives and campaigns.

Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Previous experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or digital marketing preferred. Experience with CRM systems and online sales platforms is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in digital marketing and CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
