This role requires a strong team player with full system development lifecycle experience, adherence to PMO best practices, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage and oversee the full lifecycle of the apprenticeship management system project from inception to completionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budgetApply PMO best practices to ensure project success and alignment with company standardsFacilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and managementIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProvide regular project updates and reports to senior managementFoster a collaborative and positive team environment, embodying our core values: Be Nice, Have Fun, and Work HardPerform other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE3-5 years of experience as an IT Project ManagerBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in managing projects through the full system development lifecycleStrong understanding of PMO best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentA team player with a positive attitude and a passion for creating a collaborative work environmentJOB TITLE:
