Tempe, AZLoenbro is looking to add to our growing team. We are looking for a motivated individual to support our disperse team from our Arizona offices. This position will perform analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new and existing personal computer systems, workstations, or servers; diagnoses and resolves problems in response to customer reported incidents; confers with end users to determine types of hardware and software required; installs new hardware and software and maintains existing components; trains end users in the use of equipment and software; performs general maintenance tasks; troubleshoots and resolves issues with computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization; prepares progress reports for all work performed; evaluates products for compatibility, expandability, and ease of use and support; recommends to management the support or nonsupport of evaluated products; conducts training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications.Job Duties:Install and support business applicationsMaintain/update hardware inventory to comply with asset management standardsHandle incoming IT service requests (i.e., phone calls, email, and walk-in visits) to ensure computer user inquiries are addressed in a timely mannerSupport the use of printers, fax machines, copiers, and multi-function machines to maintain operational readinessTroubleshoot, install, patch, and upgrade computer systemsPhysical setup and deployment of computer systems, monitors, printers, and other peripherals to ensure seamless operation of business functionsTrain and orient users on use of hardware and software to maintain an educated and efficient workforceAssist with the maintenance and management of company phone systemsAssist with the maintenance and management of company cell phonesWillingness and availability to travel as neededOther duties as assignedSkills/Qualifications:Associates degree or equivalent combination of training, experience, and certificationsCompTIA A+ Certification preferredWorking knowledge of Vista by Viewpoint preferredMinimum 1 to 3 years relevant experience in network and/or PC support environmentUses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issuesWorks on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actionNormally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignmentsWorking knowledge of the Windows operating system including Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10Working knowledge of Mac OS XWorking knowledge of Apple iOS devices (iPad, iPhone)Working knowledge of Android OS (Android phones)Basic knowledge of computer internetworkingEnhanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office OutlookExcellent organizational skillsMust be able to communicate and work with a diverse populationHigh attention to detailHigh levels of accuracyExpected Hours:40 HoursSome work outside of business hours may be required with travelBenefits:Health Insurance- Up to 80% of the Employee portion paidHealth Savings Account (HSA) optional enrollmentPaid Time Off available after waiting period401k after 90 days of employment with a company match up to 4%Employee paid Dental and Vision InsuranceWe are “Leading the Change” in the energy services industry.
