MAXISIQ is seeking an
Army Robotics Mission Command Engineer / Integrator
to support the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Human Machine Integrated Formations (HMIF) Project Office (PO). Provide mounted mission command integration technical support to the Program Office. Advise the responsible formation Integrator and Lead Systems Engineer (SE) on selecting and managing the optimal mix of tools required to rapidly support the C2 needs (interfaces/network requirements) for the HMIF formations. This is a full-time position located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and becomes available upon award around mid-December 2024.What you will be doing in this role:Provide analysis and recommendations for HMIF mounted mission command integration of tactical mission command / command and control (C2) systems and software such as JBC-P, NettWarior, TAK, and AFATDS.Support recommendations with detailed analysis reports and engineering System View documents.Present and defend recommendations to the HMID Chief Engineer and System Engineering team.Participate in all Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, sub-system Design Reviews, and other Systems Engineering meetings as directed.Maintain routine engagements with HMIF relevant Army C2 Program Managers and their products’ associated developments & schedules.Deploy CONUS to various test sites to capture relevant system performance.Compile, document, and present network performance at the completion of test events.Support test event Technical Exchange Working Groups (TEWG) and TIGR teams to resolve/identify network performance issues.Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field.Clearance:
Active Secret clearance.Experience:4 years of relevant platform and/or software integration experience.Experience in DoD acquisition programs. Army experience preferred.Experience with evaluating projects using different methods and options to determine the most cost-effective solution that meets the required specifications.Knowledge of tactical mission command / command and control (C2) systems and software such as JBC-P, NettWarior, TAK, and AFATDS.Knowledge of vehicle software and electronics.Skilled in testing and validating platform requirements.Good communication, organizational, and teamwork talents.Strong problem-solving ability.Preferred Skills:Experience with tactical communications and networks.Experience with prototyping and testing.Experience with data analysis and interpretation.#CJWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer that considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other protected class.
