This role requires strong experience with WordPress and React as well as Laravel proficiency. Applicants must be passionate about creating clean, scalable code and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic, distributed environment.This is a permanent, full-time, remote position with a pay range of $85k to $98K.Responsibilities:

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient codeAssist in testing and debugging code to ensure functionality and qualityWork with stakeholders to understand requirements and objectivesCreate and maintain clear and concise documentation for code and development processesExecute bug fixesParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the teamParticipate in troubleshooting/triaging of issues and document them appropriatelyProvide meaningful feedback and project updates to ensure projects stay on track and meet customer needsContinuously improve your skills through practice and ongoing learningSkills, Competencies, and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years development experience in the WordPress spaceTransparent and reliable, owns both successes and failuresStrong experience with MySQLKnowledge of the product development life cycleStrong experience crafting modern PHP and working knowledge of current frameworksProficient in React.js and its core principlesAdvanced HTML & CSS knowledgeComfortable working in a Linux environmentA passion for improving software/systemsAbility to work remotely with little-to-no oversightPreferred Qualifications:

Experience with developing blocks for the Block EditorExperience with continuous integration and automated deployment pipelinesExperience building accessible, performant sitesProficient in Laravel framework and its ecosystemWe Offer:
