Key responsibilities encompass: orchestrating meetings, facilitating virtual consultations with clients, executing diligent follow-ups, and managing the backend of the Restaurant POS, along with its supplementary software platforms. Moreover, the position involves recommending additional products from our portfolio, tailored to augment the operational efficiency of our clientele. A profound understanding of the restaurant industry and its intricate operations is indispensable. The overarching objective of this role is to bolster the efficacy and prosperity of businesses, both preceding and after the deployment of the Restaurant POS system.This is a hybrid position that will include going to our Royal Oak office 2-3x per week as directed by your manager.You will:Conduct virtual meetingsMenu/system functionality changesUpdate multiple software applications to reflect the most current informationFollow-up meetings and calls with the client to ensure a successful transitionPre-installation setup task listsEffectively communicate with other sections of the businessAssist in the ticketing queueTroubleshoot basic functionality of software applicationsQualifications:Research shows that women and members of underrepresented groups tend to apply to roles only when they check every box on a job description.
