DFC Project Director/CoordinatorPosition Overview:ASUMH seeks qualified applicants for the DFC Project Director/Coordinator position. Manage and ensure implementation of the DFC Grants through the Prevention-Awareness-Youth-Support (PAYS) Coalition. Oversee quality control, adhere to reporting policies, and assist in fiscal management of the grant. Research PAYS Coalition opportunities, participate in PAYS Coalition activities, and train PAYS Coalition members. Assist in marketing strategies and website management. Plan meetings and empower recruitment efforts. Travel locally and participate in two national training sessions per year.Qualifications:Bachelors preferred or equivalent experience in community outreach. Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Experience with website maintenance and social media. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in: Management, Strategic Prevention Framework, Marketing, Budget management, Performance monitoring and administration, and Grants Program management. Experience in data collection systems, data analysis, program evaluation and reporting. Background focused on team building, problem resolution, training, and facilitating program planning and implementation.How to Apply:
