We provide strategic direct marketing solutions for national brands, leveraging innovative variable data technology, to turn concepts into finished digital and physical products, all in one seamless process.We’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst, Client Data Strategies to join our team. The Senior Data Analyst plays a lead role in providing strategic direction to support our clients' direct mail and omnichannel direct marketing campaigns. As Senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate internally with agency account management stakeholders and externally with clients to provide marketing intelligence, campaign results through the deployment of agency BI Tools, Excel analysis, and PowerPoint presentations.RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE NOT LIMITED TO)
Be a key client contact responsible for providing data-driven direct marketing campaign development support and results through dashboard development and/or Excel analysis and PowerPoint presentations.Develop presentations of data findings, analysis, business reviews, and lead and participate in client presentations.Lead ongoing efforts to define, develop, and enhance reporting and data capabilities within the organization.Work cross-functionally to develop analyses and KPIs to provide insights, observations, and recommendations on campaign effectiveness.Develop and maintain documentation, quality control (QC) to ensure results are accurate and complete.Provide response analysis through dashboards and/or reporting tools, like Excel, to provide a seamless user experience for client and agency stakeholders.Collaborate with key internal agency stakeholders on campaign planning to determine client metrics, key performance indicators, and objectives, and build automated dashboards based on campaign requirements.Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies, with the goal of program optimization.Verify accuracy of data and develop reporting standards and best practices to ensure data standardization and consistency for dashboards.Additional data projects and assignments based on the needs of the company and/or department.Train and mentor other members of the Data Strategies team including but not limited to Account Managers, Account Coordinators, and Data Services staff.Travel is required for this position (approximately 10%).QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field.7+ years of marketing/predictive analytics experience.Advanced proficiency in the following:Microsoft Office Excel including the ability to create and formulate spreadsheets and build PowerPoint presentations.Expertise in programming languages (Java, Python, R, SAS, Scala, SQL).Experience with statistical and mathematical analysis.Experience with machine learning for model building.Confident presenting to internal and external stakeholders with demonstrated analytical ability to use data to derive insights and make recommendations.Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written.Meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy of work.A strong sense of urgency and experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative environment.Solid knowledge of relational database design.
