We are experts at temporary relocation. We know the sensitivity of occupied buildings and the urgency of finishing on time.The Onsite Project Coordinator would be responsible
for
company-wide
accounts,
payable
data
entry,
reconciliation
and
company-wide travel. Reports to Director of Operations.Essential Job FunctionsTakes direction from Director of Operations, Director of Project Management, and Onsite Project Manager for assigned projects.Review all invoices and subcontractor pay applications for appropriate documentation and approval prior to
payment.Efficiently and effectively processes, organizes, copies, and files project
informationProperly uploads daily information provided by site
staff.Assists in weekly documentation distributing to appropriate project
individualsProvide timely technical correspondence and effective communication to internal staff and external
customers.Provide support to Project Management/ Assistant Project Managers with project documentation, updating as
required.Research, and create vendor relationships that capitalize on service and
pricingResearch and coordinates with subcontractors and APM's to complete and distribute
submittals.Work on special projects, assemble staff and project binders, laminate project
signsMaintain resident reimbursement Smartsheet log, reviewing with project team on weekly
basis.Attend weekly Operations meeting as well as various site meetings recording minutes as
advised.Assist in collection of all daily photos, trackers, and various project
documentation.Other duties as
assigned.Qualifications2+ years of construction operations experience.Experience in working with multifamily construction is preferred.Experience in working with office staff and project coordination.Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Safe).High School diploma or equivalent required.Limited travel within the United States.Benefits
