Our ideal team members are self-starters that embrace ambiguity, think big, and bring their own uncompromising standards of excellence.What You Will Be DoingAs a Marketing Associate you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing and advertising activities. You will assist in conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior data, and creating reports on marketing and sales metrics. The Marketing Associate will work closely with Renu’s sales and business development team on identifying new opportunities and building client relationships for multifamily and hospitality renovations.Essential Job FunctionsManaging company’s social media accountsIdentifying new opportunities by conducting market researchAbility to communicate with all levels of clientele and prospectsBasic understanding of construction materials and renovation processesComfortable with prospect cold calling and email campaignsCollaborating with our SEO and Email Drip Campaign contractorsCollaborating with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressedGathering and analyzing consumer behavior data by examining web traffic and rankings, among other metricsWorking with the Director of Business Development to identify new potential clients and vetting their potentialCreating advertising material by utilizing design and marketing tools and techniquesAssisting with planning and organizing promotional and trade show eventsMaintaining organized records and reports of marketing metrics and results of past campaignsAssisting with internal branding and apparelCreating monthly internal company newslettersFostering employee participation in regards to social media promotional supportOther duties as assigned by management.Qualifications2-3 years of proven marketing experience requiredHigh School diploma or equivalent, college degree in Marketing preferredKnowledge of marketing digital tools and techniquesProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Design, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, web analytics, Google AdWords and other marketing and CRM platformsAn understanding of SEO keywords and website analyticsLinkedIn navigation and marketing strategiesDetail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have reliable transportationSome weekends required, when necessaryExperience with SEO/SEM campaignsHighly creative, strong problem-solving skills and excellent time managementLimited travel within the United States for trade showsBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance401k + Employer MatchLife, AD&D and Disability InsuranceCritical Illness and Hospital IndemnityHSA and FSA optionsEmployee Assistance ProgramUnlimited PTOBi-weekly Phone and Data StipendWork EnvironmentThis is an onsite position based in Carrollton, TX with the flexibility to work from home one day a week.Weekly Monday lunches provided in office.Open floor concept with abundant conference rooms and private cell phone rooms for meetings.Daily snacks and drinks to fuel your creativity and productivity.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
