Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants to fill an open Fullstack Engineer position for a Healthcare company that drives better health outcomes by uniting technology and clinical relationships through a connected healthcare network. This is an exciting opportunity to support a client-facing product with mobile integration and new build work!Responsibilities
Be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting applications, systems and IT products required to achieve the company's business objectives.Utilizes development skills to build (code) and unit test new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and documented unit test results.Demonstrate extensive knowledge of software development techniques and fluency in software languages and application programming interfaces.Plan and execute system implementations that ensure success and minimize risk of system outages or other negative production impacts.Demonstrate conceptual knowledge of architecture standards and database and operating systems.Analyze production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis and outage root cause analysis to identify and drive change that ensures continuous improvement in system stability and performance.Demonstrate knowledge of software development, life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, business/functional documents.Benefits and Perks

The ideal candidate would bring the following:Must be willing to work hybrid – onsite in Dublin, OH Monday/Tuesday/Thursday.Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.3+ years of software engineering experience.Interested in working in the full-stack, from developing frontend web applications to implementing business logic and optimizing database transactions, and building APIs.A proven track record of executing complex, medium-to-large feature releases that span multiple months.Interest in working in a customer-focused environment.Interest in working with other engineering teams and cross-functional partners.Working knowledge of the primary technologies we use:Java.Vue.Elastic Search.Microservices.Strong Agile Engineering Practice.Proficiency in API Design.Experience with Cloud Technologies (CI/CD, AWS and Azure).Familiarity with DevOps tools and principles.
