Java Full Stack Engineer - Java/Angular (heads up)
Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants to fill an open Full Stack Java Developer position for a Fortune 15 Healthcare company. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an organization that is on a mission to disrupt healthcare. In this role you will support a Specialty platform that has embedded predictive analytics and helps ensure lower cost of specialty medications for patients.Responsibilities
Be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting applications, systems and IT products required to achieve the company's business objectives.Utilizes development skills to build (code) and unit test new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and documented unit test results.Demonstrate extensive knowledge of software development techniques and fluency in software languages and application programming interfaces.Plan and execute system implementations that ensure success and minimize risk of system outages or other negative production impacts.Demonstrate conceptual knowledge of architecture standards and database and operating systems.Analyze production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis and outage root cause analysis to identify and drive change that ensures continuous improvement in system stability and performance.Demonstrate knowledge of software development, life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, business/functional documents.Benefits and Perks

The ideal candidate would bring the following:Java experience required.Javascript experience required; familiarity with Angular or other similar modern framework strongly preferred.Experience with client-side web development.Experience with API and back-end development.Experience with modern relational database platforms (e.g. MS-SQL, MySQL, Postgres).Experience in modern analytics platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau).Experience with Kafka or similar platforms.Capable of designing complex SQL queries.Familiarity with modern cloud hosting platforms.Familiarity with Columnar Databases and NO-SQL platforms a plus.Understanding of the applicability of AI and ML in the Healthcare setting.Practical experience with DevOps, Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integration systems a plus.
