IT Project Manager

We are looking for you if you have:Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively cooperate with different departments and external partners.At least 3 years of experience in IT project management.Ability to perform business requirements/process analysis and visualization.Knowledge of project management methodologies.Good knowledge of Latvian and English.An advantage will be considered:Knowledge and experience in working with CRM and ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.Practical experience in migration projects from one IT system to another.Understanding of data warehouses and business intelligence tools.You will be entrusted with:Defining business needs and analyzing existing needs through interviews, surveys and workshops, working with departments to implement required functionality.Plan and manage IT business projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring their successful execution on time and within budget.Conduct business process analysis in various departments (e.g. procurement, accounting) using tools such as Miro or Lucidchart, visualize processes and organize appropriate project execution.Collaborate with external partners through regular meetings, emails and MS Teams to integrate solutions into the company's business processes.Monitor and evaluate project progress using project management tools such as Kanban or ClickUp, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established goals.Gross salary: 2000.00 EUR - 2500 EUR
