Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT development, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise.Budget and Resource Management:Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.Allocate resources effectively, optimizing team productivity and project efficiency.Track project expenses and ensure financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT development or a similar role.Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification is a plus.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar software.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Professional development opportunities and continuing education support.Flexible work hours and remote work options.Friendly and inclusive work environment with regular team-building activities.How to apply
