As an ADSA, you will be responsible for promoting Nystrom’s wide range of products within target markets with the goal of increased specifications and ultimately, increased revenue.Essential FunctionsProspect on projects that lead to increased specifications, sales, and revenue.Present virtual AIA Lunch & Learn presentations for architectural firms.Organize and track project leads.Identify and prioritize projects through Dodge and relationships.Work closely with architects to develop detailed project strategies and specifications.Prepare prospecting activity and reports through a CRM program (Salesforce).Develop strong client relationships within the architectural community.Promote new products as directed to the specific market segment architects are in that are applicable.In-depth knowledge of specifiers' needs, requirements, and concerns, and the ability to offer creative solutions to their challenges.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or related field or suitable experience.2+ years of experience in construction building products is preferred.Experience working in or with the architectural design community and or sales in a related industry preferred.Vet, coordinate, and manage the Lunch and Learn Programs.Maintain lead program for Partners and Roofing Reps.Strong attention to detail.Communication proficiency (oral and written).Strong aptitude to persuasively present ideas.Superior and self-directed work ethic.Customer first and client focus.Follow-through on commitments.Technological capacity.Results-driven; highly energetic and motivated.Embrace Nystrom core values and purpose.Nystrom offers the following benefits and more!
