The Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion, playing a Global scope, is responsible for ensuring that the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion are an integral part of the organizational culture. Focused on the internal structure of the company, this Sr Manager will capture and analyze data and information from various sources to promote strategies that create a more diverse, inclusive, innovative, and equitable work environment. The person will work closely with the D&I Delivery area, being the reference for information about our diverse workforce and providing inputs to calibrate D&I action plans.
What will you do?
Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting: Capture data and information from various sources, including research, Mosaic surveys, reports, affinity groups, councils, leadership, benchmarks, labor laws, and best practices. Conduct detailed analyses to identify gaps in relation to the desired culture, industry trends, and compliance. Be the source of truth for D&I data and information for other areas as necessary.
Define diversity and inclusion strategies based on our mission, vision, values, business objectives, and the analyses conducted. Elaborate and recommend policies, processes, and initiatives to achieve the company’s diversity, inclusion, and innovation goals. Coordinate change management plans and training programs/workshops on diversity and inclusion.
Monitoring and Compliance: Implement metrics to monitor the progress of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and adjust as necessary. Ensure the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Leadership and Partnerships: Coordinate and develop the D&I Culture Intelligence specialist, in conjunction with the D&I delivery leader, to advance the D&I strategy and goals. Act as an internal advocate for the D&I culture. Work closely with D&I Sr Manager Delivery to guarantee the proper strategy execution and achievement of global goals.
Best Practices: Stay updated and translate best practices and trends in strategy/processes recommendations. Maintain subscriptions of relevant publications in D&I and provide curated content, aligned with Mosaic philosophy as necessary. Capture continuous feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjustments in the strategy.
What do you need for this role?
Bachelor's degree required, major in Human Resources; Advertising; Business Management; Journalism; Psychology; Communication or related areas.
6+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in areas related to human resources, people analytics, communication, and change management.
Proven experience in diversity and inclusion roles and practices.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, formulate strategies, define, and monitor KPIs.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.
Advanced Office skills; desirable familiarity with HR systems and processes (mainly related to talent development scope).
Advanced English.
Intermediate Spanish.
