Senior Data Science Analyst
to join our team!Reporting to the SVP, Data Science, this position is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The Senior Data Science Analyst utilizes advanced data science methodologies and leads and mentors junior analysts while managing complex projects.What you will do for Fay:Oversee the development and execution of advanced analytical models and machine learning algorithmsManage end-to-end data science projects, from hypothesis formulation through to model deployment and monitoringProvide high-level data-driven insights that inform strategic business decisionsEnsure projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable valueEnsure data integrity, model accuracy, and the ethical use of data in all projectsMentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth in data scienceCollaborate with other departments to ensure that data science and analytics initiatives are integrated with other business processesChampion innovation by proposing and implementing new data-driven solutionsCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure that data science and analytics insights are understood and acted uponImplement best practices for data governance and complianceMaintain knowledge of current trends in data science, machine learning, and AI, and integrate these into our analytical frameworkDevelop domain knowledge of Fay’s business to include an understanding of organizational objectives.Maintain broad influence through ongoing development of relationships across the organizationEnsure compliance with Fay’s policies, processes, and practices.
