Warehouse Associate

Duties and Responsibilities
Completes scheduled cycle counts accurately and timely. Resolves discrepancies and takes corrective actions.Fully processes inbound materials including truck unloading, counting, damage inspection, Epicor receipt, and put away.Pulls raw materials required for daily production and coordinate raw-material inventory requirements with purchasing.Processes post-production material including count verification, finished goods receipt, and put away.Prepares transfers to Commerce/Wilmeth including Picking, packing, truck loading, and Epicor transaction processing.Works with carriers to schedule inbound and outbound appointments. Ensures that trucks are processed timely.Coordinate with various departments such as logistics, finance, and purchasing to ensure seamless integration of inventory processes.Works closely with receiving team to arrange for product transfer to DCPerforms other duties as assigned.Ensures all orders are loaded in their entirety and in proper stop sequence on the assigned truck and trailer, and completes all necessary paperwork.Utilization of Company's warehouse ERP system and other technologies available to maximize productivity.Ensures the safe operation of all material handling. Complies with Company's health and safety programs.Conduct thorough inspections of items to verify compliance with specified standards.Catalog received items accurately, recording necessary details for inventory management.Ensure organized and efficient storage of received materials within the warehouse or designated areas.Ability to travel between Arlington and McKinney as required.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities RequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDFluently speak, read, and write in EnglishSpanish bilingual a plus5+ years of warehousing experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with an ERP or WMS such as Epicor, Dynamics, or SAP.Skilled use of computer, Internet, and shipping company websites.Basic Math SkillsAbility to lift up to 75lbs repeatedlyAbility to work in a loud environmentAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled environmentForklift experience

This position starts at $18.97/hr plus annual merit raise potential.
