As they expand, they are seeking a Benefits & Compensation Analyst to join their HR team, where they will play a critical role in maintaining competitive pay structures and managing employee benefits.
Job Description :
The Benefits & Compensation Analyst will manage the organization's employee benefits program, ensure regulatory compliance, and work on developing competitive compensation strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle sensitive information with discretion and communicate effectively with staff regarding their compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities :
Benefits :Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave.Ensure compliance with ERISA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, and other regulations.Maintain relationships with benefits brokers to optimize offerings and control costs.Communicate benefits information to staff clearly and concisely.Process monthly bills and manage claims payments accurately.Review bi-weekly payroll to ensure benefits deductions are correct.Coordinate FMLA leaves and manage related documentation.Analyze benefits data and update the employee handbook to improve efficiency.Compensation :
Collaborate with HR to develop and implement competitive compensation programs.Conduct market research to ensure salaries are competitive.Coordinate the annual salary increase process and ensure timely execution.Communicate compensation details to staff and answer related questions.Analyze job positions to ensure compliance with equal pay laws and proper classification within the pay structure.Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on benefits and compensation.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience with HRIS and payroll systems like Ceridian, Paycom, or ADP.Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Strong interpersonal skills, judgment, and a positive attitude.Additional Details :
