Insight Global is seeking an experienced and talented Sr. Skincare Formulation Chemist to join a dynamic team at a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, with a strong background in skincare formulation. This role requires a deep understanding of key active ingredients, raw materials, product development, product efficacy/performance, and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams. Some responsibilities include:Lead the formulation and development of innovative skincare products, including creams, lotions, serums, and other topical applications.Conduct research on new raw materials, key active ingredients, and technologies to enhance product performance and market appeal.Develop and optimize formulations to meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing capabilities.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality formulations.
