Responsibilities:
Manage sub-contractors in the fieldOversee self-perform work activitiesEnsure jobsite safetyKeep daily records of construction activitiesPrepare 4-week 'look-ahead schedules' and ensure adherence to the overall scheduleEnsure materials and equipment are available on-site when neededCollaborate with the Project Manager to maintain project budgetsMinimum Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a General ContractorNo more than 2 past employers in the last 5 years, or 3 past employers in the last 10 yearsExperience as a Superintendent on projects valued at $5M+Strong references from previous clients and employersPrior experience as a Foreman and/or Assistant SuperintendentMust be a resident of the United StatesCompensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $90K-130KFull-time position for Colorado Springs/Pueblo projectsCompetitive salaries, annual bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:401(k) with matchHealth and Dental InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Truck and Gas CardPotential relocation allowance
