If you're passionate about hospitality and have a keen focus on the steps of service, this is your opportunity to shine in a dynamic, high-end environment. This is an onsite role at Boston Logan Airport; Parking is included As the Service Manager, you'll oversee daily lounge operations with a focus on maintaining seamless service execution. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll lead a team dedicated to ensuring guests receive flawless and memorable service.Key Responsibilities:Cultivate strong relationships with guests, clients, and internal teams.Ensure consistent execution of service standards and procedures.Collaborate with the culinary team to align service delivery with high-quality dining experiences.Manage service staff schedules, training, and development.Oversee guest satisfaction, addressing concerns and continuously improving service.Monitor and maintain financial accuracy related to service operations.Preferred Qualifications:Three to five years of experience in hospitality or foodservice management.Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.Proven leadership and team management skills.A passion for creating memorable guest experiences in a premium environment.
