As a Scientist PhD - Intern, you will be part of our innovation program passionate about developing sustainable water-soluble polymers. You will work closely with our cross-disciplinary team of polymer chemists and modelers to develop predictive simulations of polymerization processes. Your key responsibilities will include developing and validating models, analyzing experimental data, and assessing the suitability of modeling software for P&G applications. This internship offers an outstanding opportunity to contribute to ground breaking research and gain valuable industry experience.
Job QualificationsCompleted a minimum of 3 years toward a PhD in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Computational Chemistry, or a related field.Strong background in polymer modeling, structure-property relationships, and material design is required.Must have proficiency in modeling software and data analysis tools. Proficiency in computer programming, e.g., Python for data analysis is a plus.Familiarity with the Predici polymer reaction modeling software is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-disciplinary team.
