Join a team of professionals motivated by advanced technologies, serving as a catalyst for change, and identifying and aligning solutions to help support business opportunities.Position ResponsibilitiesBuilds data pipelines which acquire, cleanse, transform and publish data from a wide variety of sources.Assembles large, complex data sets which meets functional and non-functional business requirements.Partners with data asset managers, architects, and development leads to ensure technical solution provides data which is fit for use and in line with architecture blueprints.Contribute to and leverage coding standards and best practices to ensure efficient and re-usable services and components.Identify, document, design, and implement internal process improvements.The Ideal CandidateIs passionate about building data pipelines to meet complex business needsCan work independently and as a team to gather requirements and translate into solutionsIs detail-oriented and analytical in nature, with strong problem-solving skillsHas the ability to multitask and prioritize, work on multiple projects and manage time effectivelyCan produce and present technical information to both technical and non-technical personnelCan provide customer-facing support in a professional manner.Job QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business / Management Information Systems, or other relevant degree with 3+ years of professional experience contributing to data modeling or architecture.Strong data analysis and debugging skills.Proven experience in Python/PySpark and SQL/SparkSQL programming skills. Ability to write clean code.Experience using source control management (git) to collaboratively build software: branching, merging, code reviews.English fluencyAvailability to work hybrid schedule in Mason, OhioPreferred:Professional certification or Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering or related field5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade data processing systems.Databricks Professional level certification2+ years professional experience driving engineering best practices including documentation, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, CI/CD, testing automation, and operations.Strong English communication and interpersonal skillsCompensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
