Job Scope
Under general supervision, follows established procedures to ensure US shipments and associated priorities are completed daily.
Responsibilities
Generate, pull, package and label deliveries for outbound shipments.Perform inventory movements within the warehouse, such as replenishments, returns, and incoming finished goods.Analyze shipping volumes; open customer orders and priorities to ensure on time delivery.Interact with US Business Services representatives and other customers, couriers and freight forwarders to ensure all shipments are completed in a timely matter.Perform inventory audits when necessary; document and reconcile internal and external errors as reported.Understand department metrics to support and participate in process improvements.Operate and maintain shipping equipment.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications
High school Diploma or GED required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior warehouse and shipping experience strongly preferred.Ability to produce results, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, set a good example for others, project a positive, professional demeanor at all times.Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated with good organization skills and habits.Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas.Computer literacy required and experience with MS Office suite preferred (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Ability to learn and adapt to change.Efficient problem-solving skills.Experience working with SyteLine/SyteLean and SAP preferred.Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain composure and adhere to daily deadlines.Can read, write and speak English fluently.Ability to work independently, within a team structure and with other departments.
