About the Job
MJ Retirement is seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented Client Advocate to collaborate closely with Account Managers and Client Executives in delivering high level service to our clients. This role involves precise attention to detail reviewing contracts for policy accuracy and provide day-to-day support customer support. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills who can accurately address all clients' needs with effective solutions
Essential Functions
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.Collaborate with the Advisor and Client Executive to service clientsPartner with Advisors, Client Executives, and Investment team to prepare meeting materials for Advisors and Client ExecutivesOversee the delivery of client reporting materials, client scheduling, and client committee membershipAssist Advisors and Client Executives in retention of existing clientsDevelop and maintain productive relationships with key personnel at recordkeepers and TPA's; serve as primary internal contact for service needsResponsible for the preparation of cost summaries for Account Manager reviewReview and maintain information in client managementTechnical Functions
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Demonstrated skills: problem-solving, sense of urgency, detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time managementExceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail; professional presentationStrategic thinker with ability to prioritize projectsPhysical Demands

Required Education
Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years experience with account management support or similar role
