Preferred Qualifications Position Summary This is skilled technical work involving operating, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing building electrical systems and components to include electrical components in other building systems (HVAC, communications, security, plumbing, lighting, etc.) due to new construction or renovations Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits. Understand electric circuit diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals and use same to troubleshoot system problems, make repairs, and install new components. Use electric diagnostic test equipment and tools of the electrical trade. Understand and apply standard trade practices in performing work. Physical Demands Standard requirements of the trade: walking, standing, stooping, crawling, standard and/or ladder and scaffold work, lifting up to 75lbs.
