Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Account Manager
to join their team. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will ensure client satisfaction and project success, handling both client relationships and project execution. Great benefits, flexible schedule in the Albany area.
Responsibilities of the
Account Manager
will include:
Develop and manage production schedules in collaboration with Project Managers updating systemsHandle estimates, invoices, POs, work orders, and requests.Coordinate production and fabrication needs to meet deadlines.Serve as the primary or secondary client contact.Manage requirements and communicate between clients and internal teams.Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.Oversee Kick-Off and Hand-Off Meetings to ensure project accuracy and execution.Prevent delays and extra charges by ensuring deadlines are met.Coordinate installation, dismantling, and logistical requirements.Monitor and manage project budgets to meet or exceed forecasted profits.Review and investigate invoice variances against proposals.Regularly update the Account Executive on project status.Job Requirements
Qualifications of the
Account Manager:
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive management.Proficiency in budget management and project coordination.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in computer applications.BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $45 - 55K
