Responsibilities of the
Support Center Engineer
include:
Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for managed services customersDocument all pertinent end-user information in ticketing systemsConfigure, deploy, and troubleshoot patching for devicesTroubleshoot and diagnose error messages and failuresProvide connectivity support for user's devicesProvide exemplary customer serviceOther duties as assignedJob Requirements
Qualifications of the
Support Center Engineer:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and work experience2+ years of IT engineering experienceProfessional certifications a plusWorking experience with Networking, WAN, LAN, Windows AdministrationExcellent troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized and self-motivated individualDetail oriented and deadline driven
