This role will manage various marketing programs, including awareness, lead acquisition, customer engagement, lead generation, product sales support, and advanced brand building for key offerings. This role will own direct marketing strategy, including email marketing and email vendor relationship. This role will work directly with internal Con Edison team members to understand business requirements across the organization and lead, track, and measure across a wide range of online and offline marketing channels in support of strategic business goals.job-details.job-responsibilities-titleCore ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies for all Direct Marketing programs, including incentive programs, rebates, and CRM solutions.Partnering with Customer Operations, oversee and manage customer lists, for use in e-mail, direct mail, programmatic and other channels.Optimize the full direct marketing journey from sign-up to driving traffic, engagement and conversion.Leverage data and insights, developing and implementing actionable strategies that drive impact and scalability.Stay informed of industry trends, best practices ensuring compliance with data privacy regulation and direct marketing standards.Translate stakeholder insights and goals into actionable strategies and initiatives.Manage day to day relationship with Email Service Vendor.Lead direct marketing efforts, including building customer journeys, managing technical development, executing tactical programs and driving testing and optimization.Leverage automation and audience segmentation to enhance personalization in messages and improve campaign effectiveness.Track and optimize key business metrics such as open rates, click rates, conversion rates, active audience engagement along with other related tasks.Ensure direct marketing efforts are integrated with other marketing channels for cohesive customer experience.Monitor and analyze performance to continuously optimize and communicate findings to stakeholders.Proven track record in successfully owning and executing robust segmentations and customer journey strategies.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, personalization and customer journey management at scale.Proven ability to work across multiple lines of business.Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
