Report on them regularly and develop programs to address issues raised in the analysisEnsure the safe operation and maintenance of all equipment associated with the stores operation such as forklifts, storage racks, wrapping machines, strappers etc.Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary guidelines and maintains optimum efficiency in each operationReview the Stores Operations portion of the information technology for reporting and analysis purposes, including various Warehouse Management Systems, (e.g. Mainsaver, DeMAX and Oracle EBS etc.)Enforce security measures for Stores managed areas and perform regular inspections of the warehouse groundsAssume emergency response roles in accordance with coastal storm plan and material management processesWork closely with Union Leadership and Union teamsRespond to storms and other emergencies, staff staging areas as requiredPerform other related tasks and assignments as required
