Key AccountabilitiesHDMA Involvement program lead for site location(s)Engage and partner with plant/BU and department leadership in creative ways to foster an environment that supports associate involvement and engagementLead, create and implement corporate marketing and communication activities and initiatives to recruit and increase associate participation in involvement programs.Lead, mentor and develop plant/BU/department program leaders on involvement programs, systems and initiatives that align with company expectations.Develop strategy and lead corporate involvement business plan activities and projects.Corporate involvement data analysis for recommending program changes, and improvements on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Meet Business Plan Targets with Gap understanding, Root Cause analysis, Countermeasure activities and execute solutionsLead and facilitate meetings, plant and company tours.Lead and complete activities for successful celebrations.Evaluate and assign point values / scoring for recognition and Involvement programs and system management for North America.Forecast and manage cost, budget and invoices for Involvement program activities.Represent site location(s) for North American Bloc (NAB) Committee. Support / coordinate / lead NAB activity including event planning and international travel planning.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business/HR related field or equivalent experience3 - 5 years of related experience in HR, Associate/Leadership DevelopmentPlanning & Organizing, Skilled Communication, Negotiation, Project Management, Proficient Microsoft Suite & preferred knowledge of databases
