Financial Analyst

Position: Financial AnalystIndustry: Manufacturing and ProductionKey Responsibilities:As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy.+ Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.+ Monitor and analyze trends in manufacturing costs, revenues, and expenses.+ Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.+ Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of improvement.+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.+ Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.+ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Qualifications/Requirements:+ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.+ 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry.+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.+ Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.+ Excellent knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Placement Type:+ This is a direct placement opportunity with our client.Schedule:+ This position is required to be in office 5 days a week.About Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
