Seeking highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistants to provide comprehensive support at various client locations. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills. These roles require professional individuals who can manage multiple tasks, maintain a high level of organization, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Status: Temporary / Temp-to-Hire (Various Client Locations)Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Daytime HoursPay Range Range: $16-$20/hour
Work Environment:Various professional office settings at client locationsMay require occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 20 lbs)Prolonged periods of sitting and using office equipment and computers
Responsibilities:Manage and organize filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure easy access to important documentsHandle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person interactionsPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents with high attention to detailProficiently use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various administrative tasksProvide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team membersAttend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them in a timely mannerManage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements when necessaryMaintain office supplies inventory and place orders as neededAssist with special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
