Sr. Director of
eCommerce Strategy
is responsible for creating short- and long-term strategic roadmap to accelerate the M&B eCommerce business (our fasted growing channel) inclusive of click & collect, delivery, and ship to home fulfillment models. This role is also responsible for content development and eCommerce analytics as well as pioneering new tools and capabilities in this space and advocating adoption throughout the organization. This role requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration and influence with marketing, sales, IT, finance, and supply chain among others. Will be responsible for leading eCommerce and driving online strategy for some of our largest customers and clients, including Kroeger.Lead the short-term and long-term strategic roadmaps
and priority workstreams for the $900MM+ eCommerce business within the Campbell's M&B Division, including managing a team of direct reports and $2.5MM+ budget. Define the 3-year Strategic Plan with clearly defined fulfillment model prioritizations and customer and brand segmentations, including developing Situation Assessments and driving key learnings into AOP.Develop winning strategies for the digital shelf
that leverages shopper/retailer insights and includes a defined content and ratings & reviews strategy and executional approach. Leverages internal and external partnerships to set a foundation and evolve to a customized and performance-based approach. Ensure the effectiveness of the Digital Shelf, as well as future development of tools to stay ahead of new technology and retailer requirements.Define the eCommerce analytical roadmap,
including leading the management and acquisition of data sources for measuring the digital commerce business including sales data, content, digital shelf, and marketing effectiveness. Lead the development and optimization of the eCommerce Dashboard to serve as the source of truth for efficient and effective utilization across the organization.Lead eCommerce capability building , upskilling the organization by creating a learning curriculum and socialization plan, aligning data, tools, and vendor partnerships, and driving engagement and adoption to drive more efficiency and scale across the Campbell's M&B Division.Be the Channel Expert in all aspects
staying up to date of emerging trends within the industry. Provides regular landscape updates, i.e. overall shift of Campbell sales from brick & mortar to online, split between click & collect vs. ship-to-home, growth of our portfolio vs. that of respective categories etc., and develops specific action plans to drive progress across defined KPI's that assess digital content and share of digital shelf.Build a winning team and culture
