Occupational Therapist

Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and support students across three K-8 campuses in the Avondale area. This role involves working with an average of 25 students per campus to address IEP and 504 plan goals. The therapist will deliver services based on individualized student needs, attend IEP/504 meetings, and ensure that each student receives the support they need to succeed in their educational journey.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct OT services as outlined in student IEPs and 504 plansCollaborate with educational teams to develop and implement effective interventionsDocument services and maintain compliance with all reporting requirementsParticipate in IEP and 504 meetings to contribute to individualized student planningQualifications:Master’s degree in Occupational TherapyCurrent state licensure or eligibility for licensureExperience in school settings and familiarity with K-8 developmental needs preferredWhy Join Us?This position offers a unique opportunity to make an impact across multiple campuses while working with a collaborative and supportive team.
