JOB LOCATION MCCALLA, AL - TUSCALOOSA PLANTAs a member of the McCalla team, the Production Assembly Team Member will be responsible for performing work according to established procedures and policies through teamwork. The Production Assembly Team Member is a part of the Production Department and reports to the Team Coach and/or Superintendent. The team member will be responsible for ensuring safety standards are followed at all times.The Role:Your work will include, but not be limited to:Assure quality standards are followed at all times.Adhere to the standard work instructions (SWI).Contribute fully to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Qualifications:High School Diplomaor EquivalentAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memosAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Bonus If You Have:Bilingual2 years plus production experience
Physical Requirements:The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and talk to hear.The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
