Our clothiers take care of everything, from personally obtaining a client's measurements, to placing each unique order, to hand-delivering the purchased items.
The Office Professional plays an integral role in our sales process. They support their office by tracking and handling client orders, managing and organizing daily shipments, maintaining contact with our factories, communicating to clothiers when orders are ready for delivery, and seeking resolutions on behalf of our clients.
Our Baltimore, Maryland office currently has an opening for this key OP position. Baltimore generates $10 million in sales, placing it in our top 5 sales locations in the world. Our #1 in sales clothier is based here along with a talented, energetic sales team. The right candidate will manage their shipping and receiving area seamlessly, enabling our Baltimore sales team to focus on what they do best: growing sales and providing phenomenal service, and remaining one of our top 5 locations.
Our Baltimore OP position requires 30 hours per week and pays $23-$25 per hour DOE. This unique FULL-TIME position is BENEFIT-ELIGIBLE. Our benefits include medical, dental, life and disability insurance plans, a generous PTO plan, paid holidays, and a matching 401(k) plan. Regular onsite attendance is required. We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the shipping and receiving process.
Receiving & Shipping
• Unpacking received shipments daily
• Tracking and organizing inventory
• Processing returns and remakes
• Preparing clothing for delivery
• Making follow-up calls to factories, customers, and home office
Secondary responsibilities may include:
Customer Orders
• Entering alteration instructions into our proprietary system
• Entering customer orders
• Delivering/picking up garments to/from tailors or dry cleaners
• Picking up and delivering client items
Miscellaneous Duties May Include:
• Responding to emails
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Depositing funds at the bank
• Completing other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Ability to bend and lift 30 lbs.
• Knowledge of computer, Microsoft Office software and Google Docs
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Valid Driver's License
