For well over a decade, Concordia Visiting Nurses has provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and a variety of therapy services to our patients. Physical Therapist
for a full-time or part which will cover parts of our service areas around South Hills.

POSITION SUMMARY
The
Physical Therapist
is a licensed professional (LPT) responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing physical therapy service to patients in their home or current residence as prescribed by the attending physician. The therapist works as a member of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Graduate of a state approved school of physical therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy AssociationMinimum of 6 months acute care or rehabilitation center experience. Outpatient therapy experience may be considered if practice included medical/surgical patientsLicensed as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of PennsylvaniaReliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver's license and drive vehicle with insurance limits as established in personnel policiesOur goal is to deliver quality home health services, in good faith, to those who entrust themselves to our care - and to minister to the unique needs of each individual with respect, dignity, and compassion. Many people are surprised by the number and variety of health care services that are available in the home setting.
