POSITION SUMMARY
The Occupational Therapist [OTR/L] is a registered and licensed qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides occupational therapy services to patients in their home or current residence as prescribed by the attending physician.

Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association Accredited Program of Occupational TherapyRegistered with the National Board of Occupational TherapyLicensed as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of PennsylvaniaOne-year clinical experience in physical disabilities as a registered occupational therapist. Two years' experience recommendedReliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver's license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established in personnel policies
