ROLE SUMMARY:

The Task Force Manager will oversee and support operations at various restaurant locations within the group. They will provide strategic leadership, ensure operational excellence, and assist in training, troubleshooting, and implementing initiatives. This role involves managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and pushing all service standards while upholding the company's values and mission.

RESPONSIBILTIES:Provide support to managers in floor management coverage in multiple outlets.Oversee daily operations of designated locations, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and cleanliness.Assist with floor management to oversee day-to-day operations by executing opening, mid, and closing manager side work duties.Assists with managers in staffing, side work development, creation of quizzes, and restaurant setups.Guide, coach, and motivate staff and implement all service standards across locationsAssist compliance in areas like employee policy reviews and staff training.Coordinate with corporate teams on special projects, rollouts, and policy changes, ensuring smooth execution across all locations.Acts as a brand ambassador for the company.Ensures compliance of service and hospitality standards.Ensure all restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations are followed.REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 21+ years of age.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Minimum of 3 years' experience as a food server/bartender in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments.Must have outstanding communication and people skills.Familiarity with MS Office and various business software's.PERKS:

Pay Range:

$75,000 per year
