As a senior financial analyst on the North America Retail team, you will be responsible for reshaping key consolidations processes and delivering key forward looking financial deliverables. NA FP&A is looking for a partner who is analytically strong with a broad understand of systems and data flows, adept at building relationships, and able to condense large amounts of information into a clear and succinct story for leaders.
As a SFA in North America FP&A, you will…
Lead the development of the monthly forecast process for North America, driving the shared goal to better sync the monthly and quarterly process to simplify the overall burden of forecasting.
Lead quarterly forecasting for North America Investments, leveraging broad understanding of systems and data flows to identify enhancements and drive process improvement.Work closely with EBSOs and the ETO team to set clear success metrics for each initiative and ensure benefits are accurately reflected in forecasts.
Partner with reporting side of NA consolidations team to develop a streamlined process to effectively monitor and track returns of investments.
Conduct impactful analyses to support ad-hoc requests including high-level outlook updates that are outside the monthly and quarterly cycle.

Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and finance partners vertically and horizontally throughout the organization
Ability to effectively communicate and present financial information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, to stakeholders and senior leaders
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail and robust analytical skills. Ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment
Working knowledge of Essbase / Hyperion preferred

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
