With operations in Israel, Poland, and the United States, the Energix group of companies has brought online over 1GW, with a pipeline of more than 7GW, leading the green revolution in the energy sector with its innovative solar and wind energy generation projects.Duties:Ensure contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with organizational requirements of Energix EPCPreparing RFPs for clients and commercial bidsBid leveling and comparisonsContract negotiations and buyoutDeveloping and presenting project proposalsProducing plans and estimating budgets and timescalesDiscussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contractsAgreeing budgets and timescales with the clientsManaging construction schedules and budgetsAttending site meetings to monitor progressActing as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managersMaking sure construction projects meet agreed technical standardsLiaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client's own representativesOverseeing invoicingManage contract renewals, change orders, etcMaintain accurate bidding and contract recordsMitigate organizational contract risksSkills:Strong analytical, negotiation, writing, and communication skillsAn understanding of renewables and construction industryStrong fluency with legal documentation and contract management/negotiationStrong leadership skillsBusiness management skillsRelevant Experience:Bachelors or 4 year degree3-5 years relevant experienceDiversity and Inclusion:Energix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
